With over two decades of operational expertise, Richa seamlessly integrated into FactEntry during its early stages, driven by the vision of introducing innovative concepts. Armed with an engineering degree, she brings extensive experience in overseeing operations for large teams, including pivotal roles in Operations, Training, and Quality teams. Before joining FactEntry, Richa successfully led a technical helpdesk team of 100 employees, a project subcontracted by IBM, where she excelled in delivering exemplary customer support. Earlier in her career, she also demonstrated her leadership skills by managing a team of language experts.
